Through many years of experience and by implementing continuous improvement BHE has made its processes more efficient and cost effective. Risk based thinking is embraced throughout BHE to maintain the integrity of the Quality Management System, and robust procedures are in place for containment and corrective actions to ensure the integrity of all components machined by BHE.
Compliance to AS9102 standards
First Article Inspection (FAI) to AS9102 standards is completed upon request to verify the manufacturing process and ensure component compliance with customer requirements. BHE also has the ability to conduct CMM Inspection to further ensure component compliance.
